1. Export from LionDesk
- Export your contacts and contact notes files from LionDesk.
2. Import to Follow Up Boss
- Importing your files to FUB is quick and easy. Follow our step-by-step instructions on how to import your LionDesk contacts and contact notes.
3. Organize your contacts

4. Invite your team member(s) to Follow Up Boss

5. Integrate lead sources
- We will process leads from most lead sources when you connect a Google or Microsoft 365 account and enable inbox lead processing.
- You can also set up direct lead sources and IDX integrations to send your leads into Follow Up Boss faster and with more information.
- Have a website? Get it connected directly via the Follow Up Boss pixel to get additional real-time tracking + capture inbound leads via call and text.
- Don't forget to set up lead distribution for your website sources on the Lead Flow page!
6. Automate your follow-up
- Use Smart Lists to find the people you need to follow up with and when
- Assign Action Plans to each Lead Source to instantly text and email your new leads
