Bara Agency helps teams create systems and develop automations that simplify processes. With their embedded app, you can quickly view lead information, marketing, and website activity.
API Integration
1. Go to Admin > Integrations > Bara Agency > Enable
2. Create a FUB API Key and navigate to a lead profile
3. Scroll down to the lower right-hand corner to the Bara Agency embedded app
4. Past the FUB API Key > Register API Key
5. The Bara Agency Embedded app will automatically populate with lead data
Navigating the Embedded App
Lead Info
Calls: Number of connected calls to and from the lead
Texts: Number of text messages to and from the lead
Notes: Number of notes on the lead profile
Appts: Number of appointments created
Marketing
Sent: Number of sent action plan and batch emails
Opens: Number of opened action plan and batch emails
Clicks: Number of clicks within action plan and batch emails
Spam: Number of action plan and batch emails (including Mailchimp and SendGrid) marked as spam
Note: Spam is an exclusive metric only available with the Bara Agency embedded app!
Website
Prop. Views: Number of viewed properties
Prop Saves: Number of saved properties
Site Visits: Number of site visits
Page Views: Number of page views

Filter by All Time, Year, Quarter, & Month
To adjust the data time frame, click the blue letter in the lower right-hand corner of the embedded app
A - All Time
