If you're moving from LionDesk to Follow Up Boss, you can get a copy of your contacts from LionDesk to import into Follow Up Boss. Follow the steps below to get started! 

Export your Contacts from LionDesk

1. Log In to LionDesk

2. Click your Image in the upper right-hand corner > Profile

 3. On the left-hand side, click Export LionDesk Contacts

4. LionDesk will then send you an email with a link to download your contacts

Export Your Contact Events File from LionDesk

Follow Up Boss supports importing the history of comment notes directly from LionDesk's event file. To get started, email support@liondesk.com to export your events file.
