The People screen is the central place to see every contact you have access to in Follow Up Boss. It’s a great place to kickstart your daily workflow, as you’ll have access to:
- Your Most Recent Leads
- Smart Lists
- Call Lists
- Batch Emailing
- Filtering To See Lead Assignment
- Mass updates
- Exporting
Smart Lists
The headings you see across the top of the People screen are called Smart Lists. These lists help you organize and prioritize your database. We have best practices Smart Lists created for all users, plus you can create custom lists. Here is more information about Smart Lists.
Note: All People is a default list that includes all leads in your account.
Filters
Filters are designed to narrow down your contacts based on specific criteria such as stage, property views, birthday, last communication, and more. Here is more information about Filtering Contacts and Filter Definitions.
Columns
Select the desired columns, drag & drop, and organize contacts in ascending or descending order to create a customized view.
Contacts by Assignee
Owner and admin users can tailor their view to see leads assigned to a specific person using the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner. This includes leads where the user is assigned as a collaborator and the assigned agent field.
Batch Emailing
Send email blasts to targeted contacts by sending a Batch Email.
Call Lists
Rapidly call through leads and have focused follow-up with Call Lists.
Note: This feature is available with the Follow Up Boss Dialer.
Mass Actions
Easily update a group of contact's stage, source, assignment, and collaborators, merging people, and creating mailing labels by using Mass Actions.
Add/Remove Tags
Add and remove Tags in bulk for categorizing leads.
Trash/Delete
Move leads to the stage trash or delete them from the system.
Note: The delete option is permanent and only available for the owner and admin users.
Exporting Contacts
Export Contacts to a Spreadsheet with just a couple of clicks.
Note: Exporting is only available to the account owner, and those who have been granted permission by the account owner.
