When using the FUB Dialer, the caller ID will appear differently depending on whether it is an existing or new contact, and whether they are calling a FUB user number or a team inbox number.
Note: For caller ID to appear on a mobile device, the Follow Up Boss Dialer and Caller ID (Android/iPhone) need to be enabled.

For best practice, have inbox team members save the team inbox number(s) to their mobile phone as a contact(s). This helps agents know which inbox is being called.
