Call Recording in Follow Up Boss is beneficial for teams of all sizes. Whether you are on the road taking a call and need to reference it later, or you are listening to call recordings for coaching purposes, we have you covered!

How it Works
When making or receiving a call with the FUB Dialer and Call Recording enabled, the call is automatically recorded. Once the call is complete, a play icon will appear to the right of the logged call.
To listen to the call, click the play icon.
To download the call, click the three horizontal dots > download audio.
Note: If the call includes an internal transfer, there will not be an option to download the call.
FAQs
How does Call Recording work on the mobile app?
The recording will take place for calls to your FUB number picked up via the mobile app or forwarded to your cell phone. Calls initiated outside of the Follow Up Boss mobile app on your personal cell phone will not be recorded.
How does Call Recording work with shared inboxes?
Calls will be recorded for both users with a FUB Calling number, or any additional cell phone numbers that are part of your inbox.
How does Call Recording work with call transfers?
Calls will be recorded if initiated or received via your FUB number. Calls transferred to a shared inbox will be recorded, no matter how the call is picked up.
How can I delete a recorded call?
Call Recordings cannot be deleted, even after turning off the feature. The only way to delete the Call Recording is to delete the lead profile.
