The Company Number is the default number we use when you text from Follow Up Boss unless you have a dedicated Follow Up Boss dialer number. This includes sending manual texts and initial text autoresponders in action plans. Though this number can be used by multiple people on your team, incoming texts and calls to the company number will route to the assigned agent for the contact if the contact is known within Follow Up Boss. If a contact is not in Follow Up Boss, the text or call will route to the members assigned to receive those calls and text based on your team inbox settings.
How to set it up
- Owners/Admins: Go to Admin > Company > Virtual Number to find or edit your company number
- Agents/Lenders: Go to your settings and hover over receive text messages for new leads to find your company number
- Owners/Admins: Go to Inbox > Manage (bottom left) to set up or edit your team inbox settings (for when unknown numbers text or call your company number).

If a lead calls this number, the call will be routed to the number listed on the assigned agent's settings page.
