Recent Messages

View the most recent text message that was sent or received.

Contact Information

Call, text, or email the lead by clicking the actions in the upper right-hand corner of the lead profile. 

Address

View and edit addresses.

Relationships

View and manage relationships. 

Details

Manage lead assignment, source, stage, lender, and collaborators.

Background

View and add additional information about the lead's background.

Activity 

When there is website activity, it will appear under inquiries.

Action Plans

Manage active action plans.

Tags

Tags are listed with the number of tags applied to the lead.

Communication

Communication (calls, emails, and texts) with the lead can be viewed and replied to on the Comms tab.

Notes

View, compose, and react to notes.

Calendar

Tasks and appointments for the lead can be viewed and created on the Calendar tab.
