One of the best troubleshooting steps you can take is to log out of the app and then log back in. Also, make sure you have the latest version of the app. If this does not resolve your issue, try the steps below.
Clear App Data
1. Go to Settings on your Android
2. Click Apps
3. Select Follow Up Boss
4. Storage
5. Clear Data & Clear Cache
Report a Bug
1. Log in to the FUB Android App
2. Click your Initials/Image in the upper left-hand corner
3. Report a Bug
4. Describe the bug in detail > Submit
