This guide is your cheat sheet for fast-tracking your success and getting your business running on Follow Up Boss. You don't have to tackle everything at once! We recommend starting with the basics, then moving on to each section.
1. Connect Your Email
Centrally manage communication with your contacts in Follow Up Boss! We’ll automatically sync:
- Emails Sent
- Emails Received
- Incoming Leads (Office 365/Google)
- Calendar Events (Google)

2. Download Our Apps
Never miss a new lead or a text back! Our mobile apps put your database in your pocket so you don’t miss a beat when you’re on the go.
3. Choose Settings and Notifications
Your Settings page can be accessed by clicking your initials at the top-right of the screen. Be sure to enter your mobile phone number and edit your signature, then click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
We recommend enabling all notification types so you never miss a new lead alert or text reply from your contacts. More here:
4. Import Contacts
FUB can be your one place to manage all your contacts (including your sphere of influence and your past clients). The fastest way to get everyone in FUB is by importing them.

5. Register for Training
