Who can request an ownership change?
Due to the sensitivity of the request, ownership change requests need to be requested via email. We will not be able to process an owner change if an admin, agent, or the person who will be taking ownership sends the request.
Things to be aware of when changing account ownership
- Check all lead sources to ensure that lead notification emails (lead processing) and API keys are associated with the new owner of the account to avoid disruption.
- The new account owner will now control the account in terms of billing (which may need to be updated), export permissions, etc.
How to request an ownership change
