Owners can manage their plan, users, billing, and business information within their Follow Up Boss Account. Billing management can be accessed by going to Admin > Billing.
Product Plan
Change Plan
Click Change Plan to view and select the desired Follow Up Boss plan. Before confirming the plan change, you will receive a confirmation of any additional charges. Note: When changing a plan from monthly to annual (and vice versa), the billing date will be updated to the date of the change. Any unused time in the billing cycle will be prorated.
To receive savings of 2 months, select the annual billing option in the upper right-hand corner.
Edit Team Members
Click Edit Team Members to add, edit, or remove team members. For more information, check out Inviting your Team + Team Management.
Calling Add-On
Calling is charged per user on the Grow plan and fully included on the Pro and Platform plans. To use the full version of the FUB Phone, which includes FUB Calling, you will first need to enable the calling trial. Billing will begin for the calling add-on at the end of the two-week calling trial.

Sign up to receive 1:1 support as you onboard to FUB.
Note: Available on the Grow plan.
Total Monthly Payment
The total monthly payment section shows the next billing date and provides the option to switch to annual billing (if you are on a monthly subscription). It also shows the monthly cost, sales tax, and the total amount due.
Business Location Information
The business location information determines your sales tax rate, where applicable, and will appear on your invoices. To learn more, check out Business Billing Address.
Credit Card
View and update the card on file. Your card is securely stored with our payment processor.
Note: The subscription payment cannot be split within FUB.
Payment History
View and edit your billing contact information. Click Update information to change the email you'd like your invoices sent to.
Cancel Subscription
The subscription can be canceled by clicking Cancel Subscription in the lower right-hand side of the billing page. When canceling, the system will default to canceling the subscription at the end of the payment period. If you prefer to cancel immediately, select "Cancel Account Immediately" on the billing page after canceling.
