How it Works
Smart Messages are generated based on the lead profile's data, including texts, calls, emails, Inbox Apps messages, notes, activity, and the timeline. This provides relevant and up-to-date information and recommendations.
How to use Smart Messages
Smart Messages suggest relevant, AI-powered responses when composing personal emails and text messages on the desktop and mobile app.

On the Desktop
1. Go to a Lead Profile or the Inbox
2. Click to start an Email or Text Message
3. Select the Desired Prompt
4. A generated message will appear based on the lead's context
5. Edit the message as needed
6. Send Text
On the Mobile App
1. Go to a Lead Profile or the Inbox
2. Click to start an Email or Text Message

Custom Prompts
The custom prompt within smart messages provides agents with the opportunity to generate an AI message based on a custom topic.
On the Desktop
1. Click + Custom
2. Add a custom prompt > select Generate
3. The custom message will automatically be added to the text box.
On the Mobile App
1. Swipe the prompts to the left
2. Click + Custom
3. Add a custom prompt
4. Select Generate
5. The custom message will automatically be added to the text box.
