Claiming a lead from a pond
Lead Profile
1. Navigate to the Lead Profile
2. Go to Details > Agent > Edit Pencil
3. Select your Name
4. Check the Green Checkmark to save changes
Mass Actions
1. Go to People > All People
2. Filter to the Pond
3. Select the desired Leads
4. Mass Actions > Assign Agent
5. Select your Name > Assign Agent
What happens when you claim a lead from a pond?
Lead Profile
The agent reassignment is documented on the lead profile timeline.
Action Plans
Any running Action Plans will continue to run. Emails set to be sent from the assigned agent will be sent from the newly assigned agent.
Tasks
Tasks created via Action Plans w/ "Assigned To Agent" will be re-assigned to the agent claiming the lead.
Tasks directly assigned to a selected agent will be kept assigned to the original agent.
