Lead providers can directly route leads to specific team members in Follow Up Boss. When this happens, the lead will bypass your Lead Flow routing rules set in Follow Up Boss and be assigned directly to the agent specified by your lead provider.

How it Works

1. Navigate to the Lead Profile

2. View the initial event on the timeline. You will see that the lead was assigned directly to a user by the lead source. 

If you would like your FUB Lead Flow rules to assign leads directly to your team, the routing rules with the lead provider will need to be turned off.
