The best way to get most leads into Follow Up Boss is to connect your email address and to turn on inbox lead processing (Google and Microsoft 365). With this enabled, we will search your inbox for new lead emails and automatically create those leads in Follow Up Boss.
If you have a non-Google/Microsoft 365 email, you may be able to add your Follow Up Boss lead routing email address to an alternate email section in your lead provider's settings. Alternatively, you can set up rules in your email to forward lead emails to your Follow Up Boss lead email address.
We also have some direct API integrations for the sources below. If you purchase leads from these sources, setting up the API integration will provide you with the best outcome: faster lead processing and more information.

Zillow has an API integration with Follow Up Boss. If you purchase Zillow leads, you should set up the integration by following the setup steps here.
Realtor.com has an API integration that Connections℠ Plus leads. Setting this integration up will lead to faster processing + more information. Set up the integration by following the setup steps here. All other types of Realtor.com leads will be processed via inbox lead processing (from your connected email address).
Facebook Lead Ads
