Sierra Interactive

IDX Integration built by sierrainteractive.com

Sierra has a full IDX integration with our API that passes IDX events like saved property and viewed property, assigned agent etc. When integration is enabled, you'll have the option to send all new leads to FUB automatically as they register or send them manually.

Information you'll see in Follow Up Boss

New Lead Information

  • Contact Info (name, email, phone and location)
  • Assigned agent
  • Source (SellingMyrtleBeach.com)
  • Source URL (a direct link to view details of the lead in our admin area)
  • Details of the property the lead was viewing when registering (when present) including address, price, beds, baths and a link to view the property on SellingMyrtleBeach.com
  • Type (organic, PPC or other)

Lead Activity

  • Inquiries (Request for More Info, Schedule a Showing) details about that inquiry will be passed in real-time to Follow Up Boss
  • Favorites a Listing, details about that event will be passed in real-time to Follow Up Boss
  • When a lead that has been sent to Follow Up Boss saves a search, details about that event will be passed in real-time to Follow Up Boss (including main parameters of the search)
  • Listings viewed by these leads will also be passed to Follow Up Boss on a scheduled basis (not in real time, but at regular intervals)

Tagging sync goes both ways

Lead tags will be synced between our two systems.  When a tag is applied to a lead in FUB, it will be applied to the lead in our system within 10 minutes, and the same for the opposite direction.

Lead Assignment Changes

When the assigned agent is changed in Follow Up Boss, the assigned agent will also be updated in our system (within 10 minutes), and the same for the opposite direction.  In order to accomplish this, you'll need to keep the same users present in both systems, and the email address of users will be the means by which we match them between systems.

Best practice is to have Sierra assign the leads initially and to do that you need to choose "Auto Assign Leads" set to "Yes". Though if you want to have Follow Up Boss assign them you can and will just choose "No" here and the assigned agent in FUB will sync back to Sierra.

One Important Note about Users in Both Accounts

The Follow Up Boss integration is dependent on having the same set of users with the same email addresses in both Sierra and Follow Up Boss (so everything is synced between the two systems, such as the lead assignments).

Lead Routing in Sierra or Lead Routing in Follow Up Boss — You Choose

Sierra's Follow Up Boss integration includes the ability to choose Sierra lead routing rules over FUB lead routing rules, or Follow Up Bosslead routing rules over Sierra lead routing rules.

You can choose which one you'd prefer in the "Follow Up Boss Integration" section in your account's Global Site Settings. By default, the Sierra lead routing rules will take primacy. However, you can simply check the box for "Use FUB lead routing instead of Sierra lead routing?", then click "Submit" at the bottom of the page, to allow your FUB lead routing rules to take primacy.

Overview of Sierra's Follow Up Boss Integration
