With the calling add-on, calling lists make it quick and easy to reach your contacts, promote your Follow Up Boss number on marketing materials like the Pixel, and more!
Note: Free trials include a calling trial automatically. If you're on a paid account, you can start a free 14-day calling trial for up to 20 users on your account every 6 months.
Start the Calling Trial
1. The owner of the account will go to Admin > Billing > Try calling for 14 days
2. Select the desired users to start on the trial > Save Changes
Add Calling
1. The owner of the account will go to Admin > Billing
2. Calling Add-On > Manage Calling Add-On
3. Select the Desired Users to add calling > Save Changes
Choose Your Follow Up Boss Number
You'll be given a number that matches your local area (if available). If you want to change the provided Follow Up Boss number for any user/inbox, go to Admin > Phone Numbers > Actions > Change Number. Here is more information about Phone Numbers Management.

If you are on a free trial Follow Up Boss account and upgrade to a Grow account, you'll have the option to keep your calling add-on when you upgrade your account. All Pro and Platform accounts include calling.
If you already have a Follow Up Boss subscription and try calling, your calling add-on will automatically be added to your subscription at the end of your calling trial period. To view the end date for the calling trial, go to Admin > Billing > Calling Add-On.
