Zapier Instructions 

Sending Follow Up Boss Leads to Constant Contact

1. Log in or Sign Up for a free account at Zapier.com
2. Click + Create in the upper left-hand corner > Zaps 
3. Choose Follow Up Boss as your trigger app
4. For the event, select New Contact > Continue
5. Choose or Connect your FUB account using your API Key > Continue
6. Test Trigger > Continue 
7. Choose Constant Contact from the list of apps
8. For the event, select Create a Contact > Continue
9. Choose or Sign In to your Constant Contact account
10. Choose to Allow > Continue
11. Fill in the Template using the drop-downs to the right of each field
    
12. Continue to Send a Test to Constant Contact. Confirm that your test made it through to Constant Contact and then Turn On the Zap.

Sending Constant Contact Leads to Follow Up Boss

1. Log in or Sign Up for a free account at Zapier.com
2. Click + Create in the upper left-hand corner > Zaps 
3. Choose Constant Contact as your trigger app
4. Choose New Contact as the Constant Contact trigger > Continue
5. Choose or Sign In to your Constant Contact account
6. Choose Allow > Continue
7. Retrieve a Test Lead from your Constant Contact account
8. Choose Continue
9. Click Add a Step > select Follow Up Boss from the list of apps
10. Select the Follow Up Boss Action New Inquiry or Website Event 

    

11. Connect your Follow Up Boss account using your API Key and click Continue

12. Fill in the Template using the drop downs to the right of each field, making sure to set the Inquiry Type to General or Seller Inquiry and match the Full Name, Phone, and Email fields

    

13. Scroll to the bottom, choose Continue, then continue and do a Test. Confirm that your test made it through to Follow Up Boss and then Turn On the Zap.
