The Follow Up Boss and ListingLeads.com integration will allow you to sync Listing Leads email and text templates directly into your Follow Up Boss account. This will significantly simplify the execution process for Follow Up Boss users.

 

How it Works

Every Friday, when the Listing Leads marketing plan is published, it will automatically push that week’s email and text template to all Follow Up Boss accounts.

 

Step 1: Complete the Onboarding Process 

Before connecting to Follow Up Boss, you’ll need to complete your ListingLeads.com onboarding.

1.    Go to the onboarding page: Build Your Brand
2.    Upload your Brand Kit – including your logo, brand colors, and typography
3.    Enter your agent info to personalize your marketing materials
4.    Select Follow Up Boss as your CRM when prompted
5.    Input your API Key from your Follow Up Boss account
6.    Click “Finish Setup” to proceed 

 

Step 2: Complete the CRM Connection 

Once onboarding is complete and you’ve selected Follow Up Boss, the integration will begin syncing. Provide a few minutes for processing.  

That’s it—your ListingLeads.com campaigns are now fully integrated and ready to send from Follow Up Boss.

 

Step 3: Access ListingLeads.com Templates in Follow Up Boss

  • Templates in FUB: Once your ListingLeads account is connected, our email and text templates will appear directly in your Follow Up Boss account. You’ll see them under your Email Templates and Text Templates sections, ready to use.
  • Folder placement & settings: The templates sync as-is into the “My Email Templates” and “My Text Templates” areas in FUB. At this time, folder placement, naming conventions, or tagging rules can’t be customized from the integration — but you can edit, rename, or reorganize them once they’re in FUB.
  • Content included: Both email and text templates sync into Follow Up Boss. Other campaign content (like social shareables, direct mail, or video scripts) is available in your ListingLeads dashboard, but doesn’t sync into FUB.
