API Integration

1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key by going to Admin > API

2. Select Create API Key 

3. Name the API Key RealSavvy > Create API Key

4. Press Copy

5. Provide the API Key to RealSavvy Support who will activate the integration from their end via support@realsavvy.com.

What data can I expect to see in Follow Up Boss?

IDX data will start showing up instantly in FUB once the API key is set up. This includes real-time updates for properties viewed and saved with links back to the property details on your RealSavvy IDX.

Embedded App

Want to access your IDX, create saved searches, create IDX accounts for all of your leads and share listings all from within Follow Up Boss? Add RealSavvy's embedded app from your Integrations tab.

1. Go to Admin > Integrations

2. Scroll to Embedded Apps > RealSavvy

3. Click Enable

4. Navigate to a Lead Profile > Click Get Started on the lower right-hand side 

5. Add your Site Domain (same login as your RealSavvy IDX)

6. You now have full access to your IDX form within FUB!

Team Setup

If you have other users in your Follow Up Boss/RealSavvy account, ensure the email used in Follow Up Boss matches the email used in RealSavvy. In Follow Up Boss, the email to check for will be your login email address.
