To effectively manage your Action Plans, Email Templates, and Text Templates, it is essential to keep them organized within folders. By structuring your resources in this way, you can easily locate and access the specific materials you need when working on various projects or tasks.
Creating Folders
Admins can create and edit folders that can be used by the account to keep Action Plans, Email Templates, and Text Templates organized. Folders can be created by selecting "+ Folder".
Moving Action Plans & Templates to Folders
Action Plans and Templates can be added/removed from folders through mass actions or one at a time. To add or remove en masse, select the templates you'd like to add to or remove from a folder and then choose the folder icon. You can then choose to add or remove and select the folder.
While editing a Template or an Action Plan, you can click the "+" to add to a folder or "x" to remove from a folder.
Note: Agents can add and remove their own templates from folders.
When a template is added to the folder, you will see the folder name listed next to the template. A template can be in multiple folders. The folder name can be used to navigate directly to that folder to see the other templates in the folder.
Organizing Folders
Folders can be dragged and dropped to the order that you choose with the exception of the Standard Folders. All Templates, My Templates, and Templates Used in Action Plans are the Standard Folders.
All Templates will show all templates that are available to you. The My Templates folder will show the templates that you have created. Used by Action Plans will show all of the email templates that are used within Action Plans. Hovering over the "▷" button will show you which Action Plan(s) are using the template.
Searching
Search can be used to search for a particular template by name. For email templates, the subject of the email template will also be searched:
Folders and searches will also be visible when selecting a Template or Action Plan from the person screen. The last 4 templates recently used will be at the top for quick access.
