Sending invitation emails for appointments in Follow Up Boss is a seamless process. With the click of a button, invitation emails are sent to appointment invitees.
Note: The email invite will only be sent to the primary (first) email listed on the profile if there are multiple emails for that contact.

Invitation Email Sent to Invitees
Editing an appointment will send an update email to the invitees unless you uncheck the option to send an update email when editing the appointment. The update email looks the same as the invitation email but contains the updated information for the appointment.
Warning Message in Gmail
Gmail will sometimes show this warning message on your appointment invitations. This happens because the reminder looks like it came to you and from you, causing a flag in Google. You can disregard this warning. Your leads and clients will not see this message in their reminder emails.
