Agent and Lender team members can create and manage their own action plans with the Agent Action Plans Power-Up. This is perfect for teams that want to allow agents to manage their own action plans without being admin users. With this power-up enabled, the admin can still create action plans for everyone on the team to use. Agents can edit the action plans they created and can't edit action plans that were created by an admin.
How to Enable the Power-Up
Agent Action Plans can be enabled by admin users.
1. Click your Initials/Image in the upper right-hand corner
2. Power-Ups
3. Toggle on Agent Action Plans
How it Works
With this Power-Up enabled, agents can create and manage their own action plans by going to Admin > Action Plans.
Note: Agents and Lenders will only be able to copy existing action plans and create new action plans.
