Agent Legend's integration with Follow Up Boss allows for all communication with contacts in Agent Legend to log on the contact's record in Follow Up Boss. 

API Integration

Note: This integration requires the owner's API key. 

1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key by going to Admin > API
2. Select Create API Key 
3. Name the API Key Agent Legend > Create API Key
4. Press Copy 
5. Log in to Agent Legend
6. Click your account name in the upper-right corner > Settings
7. Select Follow Up Boss on the left-hand side
8. Paste your Follow Up Boss API Key in the API Key field > Save Changes
9. Two Setup Options
   1. Contacts go straight into FUB from your lead sources > then sent to Agent Legend to be put on a Follow Up Boss campaign
   2. Specific lead source campaigns created in Agent Legend > contacts sent to Agent Legend and Follow Up Boss directly
10. Your Agent Legend communication will now log on the contact's record in Follow Up Boss

Important Notes

• Once an email, text, or call is received in Follow Up Boss or a call manually logged, the Agent Legend campaign will automatically pause. You can adjust this by choosing the option Stop my Agent Legend Campaigns when a person responds in Follow Up Boss.
  • When a lead replies to an Agent Legend communication, this will 'unsubscribe' the lead in Agent Legend so if you have selected to pause the action plan in FUB when the lead unsubscribes in Agent Legend if the lead replies this will pause your action plan. This happens from a reply not just unsubscribing from an email.
• Agent Legend will not import manually created people by default.
• Campaigns must be added into Agent Legend after you complete the setup for Follow Up Boss for the integration to work successfully.
