Agent Legend's integration with Follow Up Boss allows for all communication with contacts in Agent Legend to log on to the contact's record in Follow Up Boss.

API Integration

Note: This integration requires the owner's API key. If you are not the owner, connect your API key and then create an email integration to send your leads automatically.

1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key by going to Admin > API

2. Select Create API Key 

3. Name the API Key Agent Legend > Create API Key

4. Press Copy 

5. Log in to Agent Legend

6. Click your Profile Icon in the upper-right corner > Settings

7. Select Integrations > Follow Up Boss

8. Paste your Follow Up Boss API Key in the API Key field > Connect

9. Select your desired settings > Update

10. Click Integrations on the left-hand side > New Integration

11. Finally, Create the Integration to send your leads into a campaign of your choice. 

1. Select Follow Up Boss as your lead source from the drop-down.

2. Add any Filter Criteria to select for the leads you'd like to target.

3. Select the Agent Legend Campaign to send these leads to.

Note: New leads added to Follow Up Boss will be sent to the selected campaign moving forward.

Important Notes

• Once an email, text, or call is received in Follow Up Boss or a call is manually logged, the Agent Legend campaign will automatically end. You can adjust this by choosing the option Stop my Agent Legend Campaigns when a person responds in Follow Up Boss.
• A campaign and integration must be added into Agent Legend after you connect your Follow Up Boss API for the integration to work successfully.
• When a lead unsubscribes in Agent Legend, a tag will be added to the contact to indicate this in Follow Up Boss.
• The integration will not pull any existing leads from Follow Up Boss. Existing Follow Up Boss leads can be triggered using tags.
