Advertizip is a done-for-you lead generation platform for real estate agents. It allows agents to easily start running lead generation campaigns and capture leads from Google and Meta platforms—no technical knowledge, landing page creation, or ad optimization is required on the agent’s side.
The integration benefits Follow Up Boss users by streamlining the delivery of leads generated from these campaigns directly to their FUB accounts. It is a key part of the automation workflow that agents need to efficiently follow up with leads.
Email Parsing Integration
Microsoft 365, GSuite, and Gmail Users
Leads will flow into Follow Up Boss automatically via your Connected Email. Ensure Lead Processing is enabled for FUB to monitor your email inbox for new lead notifications and add them to Follow Up Boss automatically.
Alternative Setup
Have the provider send lead notification emails to your @followupboss.me Lead Email Address.
Note: Auto Forwarding Rules can be created in Gmail to automatically forward new lead notifications to your Follow Up Boss lead routing email address if the lead source doesn't have the option to add an additional email for lead notifications.
- Copy your Follow Up Boss Lead Email Address by going to Admin > API
- Log in to Advertizip
Select your lead gen campaign and click the three dots at the top right of the campaign item.
Select “More Settings” from the dialog menu.
Add your Follow Up Boss email dedicated to email parsing in the “Send Leads to your CRM (Email Parsing)” section/input.
Click “Apply” to save your settings.
