How it Works
Adding and removing tags in FUB enables you to perform the following actions. Click the links below for detailed video instructions.

After adding a tag to a lead in FUB, a success or failure tag will automatically appear on the lead profile with a detailed note. To view a complete list of FUB tags, check out the Homebot help article.

In addition to the actions listed above, you can access Homebot client activity data directly within Follow Up Boss.
Integration Setup
To begin the integration process, complete the Homebot form to verify your account.
1. Go to integrations.homebot.ai
2. Complete the form with your Homebot account information
3. You will see a confirmation screen when the form is completed. Your Homebot account will be verified within 24-48 hours. Once verified, your account will be activated.
4. While the integration is being verified, add the tag #Homebot_Import to the FUB contacts you want to import to Homebot. This tag can be added to multiple contacts at once with Mass Actions.

Zapier provides the ability to map additional information to Follow Up Boss.
