ISA Headquarters is a human-powered ISA service that calls, qualifies, and nurtures leads until they're ready to work with an agent. In addition, the ISA Headquarters team provides long-term, systematic lead nurturing where a human is always available when there is a defined indication of interest.

⚠️ To comply with industry best practices for securing your data and increasing performance in Follow Up Boss, we have implemented Amazon CloudFront as of August 19, 2024. As a result of this change, the ISA Headquarters integration has been impacted and some traffic may be blocked. Their development team was aware of this change before implementation and are working to meet Amazon CloudFront security standards.

API Integration

The API integration needs to be completed with the owner's API key. 

1. Log In to Follow Up Boss 
2. Create a FUB API Key by going to Admin > API
3. Select Create API Key 
4. Name the API Key ISA Headquarters > Create API Key
5. Press Copy 
6. Provide the API Key to your ISA Headquarters Representative
