With the Follow Up Boss calling add-on, calls can be forwarded to the FUB app or voicemail.
Call Settings
We recommend that calls are forwarded to the FUB app for agents, and the Follow Up Boss Voicemail for ISAs.
- Click your Initials/Image in the upper right-hand corner of the desktop
- My Settings
- Adjust Incoming Calls settings

Recording a Voicemail
Record a personalized voicemail for your Follow Up Boss number. If a personal voicemail is not recorded a default voicemail will play.

Missed Calls & Voicemails
Missed calls and voicemails appear in the Inbox. Follow Up Boss also has Voicemail Transcription in the inbox for quick callbacks.
FAQ
Why am I getting a message saying my voicemail is full?
As Follow Up Boss' voicemails are saved in the inbox, there isn't a limit on how many voicemails can be saved. This message would indicate that the call is being routed to your mobile phone voicemail. To avoid this, you can either shorten the mobile ring time in Follow Up Boss or call your cell carrier to lengthen the ring time before it goes to voicemail. The ring time of your cell number going to voicemail should be longer than the mobile ring time in the FUB settings.
