Voicemail transcription makes follow-up faster and more streamlined. This feature is available for users with the calling add-on. 

How It Works

Follow Up Boss automatically transcribes voicemails left on your Follow Up Boss number. The transcription is available in the inbox and on the lead profile beneath the recorded voicemail.

Note: Voicemail transcriptions will only appear to team members who are assigned to that lead or admins. 

Searching Transcriptions & Call Logs

Reference information from previous calls in a snap! Simply type your inquiry at the top of the screen, then call notes and/or voicemail transcriptions will populate in the third column.
