How to integrate
Zillow two way integration
The Zillow two way integration needs to be enabled for your Real-Time Touring and My Agent Tour appointments to sync to FUB.
Link Zillow Profile
Agents need to Link their Zillow Profile to Follow Up Boss to have the ability to manage ShowingTime appointments from FUB.
How it works
- Confirm Real-Time Touring or My Agent Tour appointments for a ShowingTime enabled property in FUB. Then it will automatically appear on your Follow Up Boss calendar and the lead profile as an appointment (accessible via desktop and mobile).
- Accept and reschedule/cancel appointments directly from Follow Up Boss by clicking on the Manage in ShowingTime button, which will take you to ShowingTime to make the necessary changes. Any changes will automatically update the original FUB calendar appointment.
- Manage appointment types, outcomes, and reminders in FUB.
- Appointment change requests from buyers will continue to reach you through your usual channels: push notifications, SMS, and email.
You will be notified of My Agent Tour requests via Premier App push notifications, SMS, and email. Additionally, FUB sends the assigned agent a notification when an existing lead submits an inquiry. Once you confirm these appointments, they will automatically sync to Follow Up Boss.
RTT and My Agent Tour Appointments workflow
On the FUB Mobile app, the ‘Manage in ShowingTime’ button is visible on tour requests from Zillow on ShowingTime-enabled properties.
On the FUB desktop, you can see the property inquiry on the lead Timeline or in the Home Activity section. Click Manage in ShowingTime to manage the appointment.

Select Agree to the data sharing consent (one time only).
Then you will be directed to the ShowingTime scheduling page, where you can book the tour.
Once the appointment has been confirmed, it will sync to your FUB calendar.
ShowingTime appointments can be viewed under Appointments on the lead profile on the FUB desktop and mobile app.
Appointment Type & Outcome
Once the ShowingTime appointment has been created, open the appointment on the lead profile or the calendar. Then select the appointment type and outcome.
Note: Account owners can manage appointment types and outcomes by going to Admin > Appointments.
Change or cancel appointments
Open the appointment on the lead profile or the calendar. Click Manage in ShowingTime to change or cancel the appointment.
Once selected, you will be directed to ShowingTime to complete the changes.
Appointment reminders
Select Send update email and text reminder (available with the Appointment Reminder Text Power-Up enabled) to remind guests about the appointment.
