Zillow Insights is available to Zillow Preferred and Pro members in Follow Up Boss (FUB). It displays real-time Zillow buyer activity directly on the contact record, helping agents understand buyer intent without leaving FUB.
- Zillow Preferred: Zillow sourced leads with a My Agent relationship.
- Zillow Pro: All lead sources with a My Agent relationship.
Before you begin
- You must be a Zillow Preferred or Pro member.
- A My Agent relationship must be established between you and the buyer contact.
Where Zillow Insights appear
When eligibility requirements are met, the Zillow Insights module appears in the right-hand sidebar of the Contact (Person Detail) page.
Note: When the Zillow Insights module is enabled, the Buyer Insights tab is no longer available.
What Zillow Insights shows
Zillow Insights provides visibility into buyer behavior on Zillow, including:
Buyer activity summary
- Active now indicator and last online timestamp.
- Activity trends, such as the most active day.
- High-intent buyer indicator.
- ZIP codes where the buyer is searching.
Browsing insights
- Homes saved.
- Homes viewed.
- Beds and baths preferences.
- Price range.
Agents can filter insights by time period to better understand recent engagement and behavior patterns.
Why it matters
Zillow Insights helps agents act on real buyer behavior instead of assumptions. With this data, agents can:
- Identify high-intent or highly engaged buyers.
- Personalize outreach based on browsing activity.
- Reference specific homes a buyer has saved or viewed.
- Spot changes in search location or price range.
This creates a clearer value moment for Zillow Preferred and Pro partners within their existing Follow Up Boss workflow.
If you don’t see the Zillow Insights module
- Confirm you are an active Zillow Preferred or Pro member.
- Verify a My Agent relationship exists with the buyer contact.
- Ensure the contact is a valid buyer record in Follow Up Boss.
