Overview
Schedule and manage more ShowingTime tours directly from Follow Up Boss, without re‑entering buyer details or jumping between tools.
From FUB, you can:
- Open ShowingTime with the buyer and requested property already filled in for Zillow tour requests.
- Open ShowingTime with the buyer pre-filled, then choose any listings or stops for custom tours.
- Automatically sync confirmed ShowingTime tours back into your FUB calendar, with ongoing updates when tours change in ShowingTime.
Why it matters
- Create new tours and respond to Zillow tour requests faster with fewer clicks and less manual data entry.
- Keep a single, up-to-date calendar in FUB, even as tours are rescheduled, canceled, or reassigned in ShowingTime.
- Maintain clean reporting and automations because Appointment Type, Outcome, and reminders remain editable on ShowingTime‑synced appointments.
How to use it
You’ll see ShowingTime options in three places in FUB.
1. Lead Timeline → Zillow tour requests
- Open the lead’s profile and scroll the timeline.
- On a Zillow tour request card, click Manage in ShowingTime.
- You’ll land in ShowingTime with the buyer details and requested property already filled in.
- Add or adjust stops as needed, then submit or save the tour.
2. Home Activity → Zillow tour requests
- Go to the lead’s Home Activity page.
- Under the Zillow tour requests tab, find the property card.
- For ShowingTime-enabled properties, click Manage in ShowingTime to open a pre-filled tour request for easy booking.
- If a listing isn’t ShowingTime-enabled, you’ll see Contact listing agent to book tour instead.
3. Lead Details → Appointments (any ShowingTime tour)
- Open the lead in FUB.
- In the Appointments section, click the + menu.
- Choose Schedule tour in ShowingTime.
- You’ll land in ShowingTime with the buyer details filled in. Add any listing(s) or stops — this is not tied to a specific Zillow request.
- This option is available on both FUB Web and the mobile apps (Lead page → Calendar tab → +).
What happens in ShowingTime
After you click any of the ShowingTime buttons:
- ShowingTime opens with the buyer details pre-filled.
- For Zillow tour requests, the requested property is also pre-filled.
- You can add or adjust listings and stops, then submit the tour request or save it for later.
Once the tour is confirmed in ShowingTime:
- A synced ShowingTime appointment is created on the user’s FUB calendar.
- The title follows this format:
[Status] Tour with [Lead Name]
For example: [Confirmed] Tour with Jillian Jones. - The appointment stays up to date when tours are rescheduled, canceled, or reassigned in ShowingTime — no manual edits needed in FUB.
How synced tours appear in FUB
ShowingTime-synced appointments in FUB:
- Display with a ShowingTime badge so they’re easy to spot.
- Include key details like:
- Property address
- Zillow property link
- ShowingTime status
- Attendees
- Update automatically when:
- Date or time changes in ShowingTime
- The tour is canceled
- The tour is reassigned to a different agent in ShowingTime
You don’t need to manually maintain these details in FUB.
Editable fields in FUB:
- Appointment Type
- Appointment Outcome
- Send Update Email and Reminder
Use these to follow your team’s SOPs for tracking, reporting, and automations.
Read-only fields in FUB (edit in ShowingTime):
- Date and time
- Location
- Attendees
- Appointment status
To reschedule or cancel a synced tour, open the appointment in FUB and click Manage in ShowingTime to go directly to the tour in ShowingTime. Make your changes there and FUB will update automatically.
From then on: keep future tours in sync
Use the Schedule tour in ShowingTime button from the lead page once per buyer to create a synced contact in ShowingTime.
After a contact is synced:
- Any future ShowingTime tours you book for that buyer — whether from ShowingTime web, ShowingTime mobile, or an MLS that integrates with ShowingTime — will automatically sync to the user’s FUB calendar, as long as you select that synced contact when booking.
This is the easiest way to make sure all ShowingTime tours for a buyer show up on their FUB record.
🏡 Improved Buyer Experience
When you schedule tours through this workflow, your buyers get a clearer, more organized view of their touring plans with you.
Every ShowingTime tour created from FUB appears on the buyer’s Zillow Tour Management page, alongside the tours they originally requested on Zillow. That means buyers can see all of their upcoming appointments in one place and stay on top of changes as you reschedule or add stops.
🔐 Data sharing & consent
On your first click into ShowingTime from FUB, you’ll see a one-time consent screen. Approve it to let FUB and ShowingTime keep your tours in sync.
- You can revoke this consent anytime from the Integrations page in FUB by clicking Disconnect for ShowingTime.
- If you revoke consent, ShowingTime tours in your FUB calendar will stop syncing going forward.
- You can re-enable syncing later by using a ShowingTime deep link again and re-accepting consent.
Note: Tours accepted via the Premier Agent app continue to sync under the existing Zillow two‑way integration.
👤 Who can use it
You can use ShowingTime scheduling from FUB if:
- Your FUB team has the Zillow 2‑way integration enabled.
- Your Zillow agent profile is linked to your FUB user.
- The lead is a Zillow My Agent Relationship (MAR) lead (for now).
- You are the assigned agent on the lead (only the assigned agent sees Manage in ShowingTime on tour requests; collaborators and admins on unassigned leads do not).

Future enhancement:
- Support for non‑MAR leads (sphere and non‑Zillow leads) is planned so you can use this workflow across your entire database.
