Texting Canadian numbers through your FUB account has been disabled due to the lack of a Canadian address on file. Without an address on file, the system thinks you need to complete the Business Registration to outbound text. However, the Business Registration must be completed if you text US numbers through FUB.
⚠️ Important: Outbound texting to Canadian numbers is disabled until the company address is added to the company settings in FUB. You can still receive texts in Follow Up Boss. Calling and emailing are not impacted.
What does it look like to have outbound texting disabled?
If texting has been disabled on an account, users will be notified of the texting block when they attempt to send an outbound text.

What do I need to do to enable texting?
To enable outbound texting on your account to Canadian numbers, the owner or admin user will need to add their company address to the company settings page in FUB.
1. Go to Admin > Company
2. Add the Company Address > Save at the bottom of the page
Note: This address is added to the bottom of marketing emails (action plan and batch emails) to comply with anti-spam laws.
3. Refresh your web browser/app to send texts to Canadian numbers through FUB!
