How to view your Business Registration status
1. To view your Business Registration status, go to Admin > Company > View Your Business Registration
2. At the top of the page, you will see a progress bar to indicate your Business Registration status.
Status Definitions
Business Registration has not been started and has not been submitted. Follow our step-by-step guide here to register your phone number(s).
Business Registration has been submitted to FUB for review (yellow). Our internal team is reviewing your business information and website to verify that it's 100% compliant with the carrier requirements.
Business Registration has passed the FUB review (green) and has been submitted to US mobile carriers for approval (yellow). The carriers are currently reviewing your business registration. Once it's approved or rejected, the FUB team will be in touch with an update.
Business Registration has been rejected by FUB (red). This means our team reviewed your business information/website and additional website changes and/or information is needed. Business Registration has been rejected by the carriers (red). This means the major carriers have reviewed your Business Registration and rejected it. This happens!
