At times, contacts unsubscribe or want to unsubscribe from marketing communication. If a contact wants to unsubscribe from your marketing messages, they can do so by clicking unsubscribe in the footer of marketing emails.

What can contacts unsubscribe from?

Contacts can unsubscribe from marketing emails, including Action Plan and Batch Emails.

How Contacts Unsubscribe 

Contacts can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of a received email. Opt-out messaging is automatically added to all action plan and batch emails. 

How do I know a contact unsubscribed? 

Email addresses will appear in orange as soon as the contact unsubscribed from marketing emails. When hovering over the email address, it will also show Email address unsubscribed.

Additionally, an unsubscribed tag will be added to the lead profile and an orange unsubscribe pill will be added next to the email they unsubscribed from. 

Note: When a contact unsubscribes from marketing emails, they can still be emailed directly.
