HTML can be added to Follow Up Boss emails to enhance the appearance. Simply insert the HTML and send!

How to Add HTML

1. Copy the HTML Code 

2. Navigate to an Email Editor in Follow Up Boss 

Note: The email editor can be accessed via quick email, inbox, lead profile, email template, and batch email.

3. Place your Cursor in the body of the email where you would like the HTML to appear

4. Click Insert HTML

5. Select Replace Current HTML (optional)

Note: Replace Current HTML will remove the existing HTML code and replace it with the HTML code entered. 

6. Paste the HTML Code

7. Insert HTML

8. The HTML will then appear in the body of the email 

9. Review & Edit > Send or Schedule Email 

 

FAQs 

Can I create an HTML email within Follow Up Boss? 

At this time we do not have a function to create/design HTML within Follow Up Boss. HTML can simply be added to emails within Follow Up Boss. Check out these free HTML email builders: Beefree, Stripo, Tabular, and Postcards.

Note: When using Befree, generate a preview and copy and paste the contents into the FUB template. The Beefree HTML code is not compatible with FUB. 

Can I use style blocks or iframe HTML in emails?
As with most email providers, FUB doesn't support style blocks or iframe HTML in emails. FUB accepts inline styles as we strip the <body> tag and only use its contents. 
Is Canva HTML compatible with Follow Up Boss?
Canva HTML includes iframes, therefore it is not compatible with Follow Up Boss. To add Canva content to Follow Up Boss, export the template as an image (JPEG or PNG) and upload the image into the FUB email.
Is Mailchimp HTML compatible with Follow Up Boss? 
Yes! Simply export the email template as HTML and add it to FUB. Here are the instructions from Mailchimp.
