The easiest way to add videos to your emails in Follow Up Boss is by uploading the video to YouTube and then following the instructions here to add it to your email. If you prefer to host your videos somewhere else like Vimeo or Wistia, here are the steps for adding those to your email templates. 

How to Set it Up

1. Go to Admin > Email Templates > Add Template

2. Take a Screenshot of the video where it's hosted (ideally with a big play button in the middle)

3. Click Insert Image (mountains and sun icon) to add the screenshot

4. Select Video Image in the email by highlighting the image with your cursor > click Add Link (chain icon)

5. Paste the Video Link > Insert Link 

6. Complete your email template > Save

7. Steps complete! When you send the email template, your contacts will be able to click the image and be routed to the video.
