At times, documents need to be sent to your contacts. Adding attachments to personal emails within Follow Up Boss is as simple as one-two-three!
Adding Email Attachments
To attach a file to an email, open a Contact > click Send Email, then choose Attach file(s).
Alternatively, emails can be sent by clicking on the envelope button towards the top right when logged into Follow Up Boss.
Then select the files desired and click Open.
You can click on the X button next to the uploaded attachment to remove individual files if needed.
Batch Emails and Attachments
If you want to send a file in a batch email, it is best to upload the file to a hosting service such as Dropbox or Google Drive and include a link to the file in the email. As is normal with email marketing, files cannot be attached to batch emails. More on Attaching Files or Images to Batch Emails.
