You can use @mentions to notify members of your team about specific notes, similar to mentioning someone on Facebook or Twitter.
How it Works
1. Navigate to a Lead Profile or Team Inbox
2. In the yellow note section, type the @ symbol followed by the user's name, the team name, or the pond name
3. Complete the note with any additional details > Create Note
4. Those mentioned will receive an email notification with the contact details, and the note content.
- Agents who are @mentioned will be automatically added as a collaborator.
- Admins who are @mentioned will not be added as collaborators since they already have access to the lead.
- Only Team Leaders will be notified when a team name is @mentioned.
Note: Team leaders and agents can only @mention teams they are part of.
