The notification settings page displays the types of notifications that are available and provides customized settings for each event.

Customize Your Notification Settings

Note: Changes on the Notification Settings page only impact your settings, not your teams.

1. Navigate to the Bell Icon in the upper right-hand corner > Settings Gear

2. You will be directed to the Notification Settings page where you can Check and Uncheck the desired notifications.

Note: Changes are automatically saved. 

Notification Types

• Notification Bell 
• Desktop
• Mobile Push
• Text notifications (FUB text notifications are sent from 855-672-9077)
• Email notifications are sent to the address you use to log in to Follow Up Boss

Default Notifications

When there is a missed call to a team inbox, Follow Up Boss sends an email notification to the inbox team members to notify them of the missed call. This is a default notification that cannot be turned off.
