The Follow Up Boss notification bell gives you one central place to see all notifications, so you never miss one. The notification bell is currently only on the desktop version of Follow Up Boss.

 

 

How to Find the Notification Center

1. Log In to Follow Up Boss

2. Click the Bell icon in the upper right-hand corner 

3. This will bring you to the notification center where you can view all bell notifications

4. From here, Click any notification to be directed to the respective notification

Note: Check your Notification Settings to make sure you are receiving the desired bell notifications.  

 

FAQs

Can I clear all notifications at once? 
To clear all notifications, click Mark All As Read in the upper right-hand corner of the notification center. 
What are the lead alert types that I can receive via the notification center?

1. The circle icon in the image above is known as an "avatar" and this avatar consists of the user's first and last initial or the lead's photo if we found their social profile. Here you can also see the activity type of the lead. 

2. This displays the event details of the notification. When you click on this, it will go to the lead's profile.

 

New Registration

@ Mentions

2. This will show a preview of the note.

3. Below the note, you can see who @ mentioned you.

4. Clicking on the notification will take you to the lead profile.

5. This will show if the notification has been read.

What do lead activity notifications look like?

2. This shows the type of activity you are being notified about.

3. This will show the content of the message in your inbox.

Why is there a blue dot next to some notifications?
The blue dot indicates that the notification has not been read. Once the notification has been opened/clicked, the blue dot will disappear marking the notification as read. You can also hover over the blue dot and click the red 'x' to remove the notification.
How do I change my notification settings?
In the notification center, click the settings gear in the upper right-hand corner to access your Notification Settings.
