Power-Up: Lead Source Lockdown

When enabled, Lead Source Lock allows you to restrict lead source edits by agents and only allows admin/ISA roles the ability to change the lead source once it's been set.

Note: This power-up is available on Pro and Platform plans.

Enabling Lead Sourve Lockdown

1. The owner of the account can go to their Initials/Image in the upper right-hand corner > Power-Ups

2. Scroll down to Account Features > Lead Source Lockdown > Enable

How it Works

Admins/ISA

Admins and ISAs will have the ability to edit and add lead sources.

Lead Profile: Edit and create sources

Mass Actions: Update the source of multiple leads on the people page with Mass Actions.

Agent/Lenders

Lead Profile: Agents and Lenders cannot edit or add lead sources via the lead profile or mass actions.

Agents and Lenders can add a source if they are manually adding a new lead or the lead has a <unspecified> source.

Importing: When importing contacts, new sources will not be created in FUB. The lead's source will be imported and a note will be added to the timeline showing the source during import.
