Your Zillow Pro℠  plan already comes with Follow Up Boss included.

So if you were paying for a FUB account on your own before you got Zillow Pro, you're now paying for it in two places: once through Zillow Pro, and once on your own, like before. You'll keep getting charged twice until you connect your account.

Connecting your existing FUB account fixes this, and it doesn't delete anything. Your leads, notes, and history all stay right where they are in FUB. You keep using the exact same account you use now. The only thing that changes is that you stop getting the second bill.

 

Does this apply to me?

  • You paid for FUB separately on your own before Zillow Pro, and you haven't connected it to Zillow Pro yet. This is for you. Follow the steps below.
  • You already connected your FUB account to Zillow Pro. You're all set. No action is needed.
  • You never paid for FUB separately. This doesn't apply to you. Your FUB came with Zillow Pro, so there's nothing to connect.

 

How to connect your account

  1. Log in to your Zillow Pro account.

  2. In Zillow Pro, click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Your account from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click on the Manage membership tab in the panel on the left side of your screen

  4. Click on Connect account in the Follow Up Boss section. This will open a login screen for FUB.

  5. When prompted, log in to Follow Up Boss with the same FUB account you already use.

Make sure you connect the account you already pay for (as the primary account owner). Do not create a new one. If you click "Create account" and make a brand-new one, your old account keeps charging you and the double bill doesn't stop.

Your billing after you connect

You'll stop paying for FUB twice. Going forward, it's included once, through Zillow Pro.

You'll also get a refund for the time you already paid for but haven't used yet. If you pay monthly, you get back the rest of this month. If you pay yearly, you get back the unused part of the year you paid for.
