Once connected, Outdoo continuously syncs CRM and call data between both platforms.
- Follow Up Boss deal, contact, and activity data is pulled into Outdoo to provide full deal context during call analysis.
- Outdoo analyzes sales calls and pushes structured insights back into Follow Up Boss.
- Call summaries, scores, and deal insights are automatically written into Follow Up Boss records and custom fields.
Note: Outdoo does not provide or replace the FUB Phone. The integration works with call data and CRM records only and does not include telephony provisioning.
Before you begin
- You must be the Follow Up Boss account owner to complete the integration.
- You must have access to your Outdoo account.
Connect Outdoo to Follow Up Boss
- Log in to your Outdoo account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Integrations.
- Find Follow Up Boss CRM and click Connect.
- When redirected to Follow Up Boss, log in if prompted.
- Click Accept to authorize the connection.
- After authorization, you will be redirected back to Outdoo, where Follow Up Boss will show as connected.
Once connected, syncing begins automatically and continues in the background.
