How it works

Once connected, you can browse your Follow Up Boss contacts directly within PostalAgent. Search or filter to find the contacts you want, select them, and import them into a PostalAgent mailing list.

From there:

• Choose a postcard design, or upload your own.
• PostalAgent prints and mails your postcards within one to two business days.
• Delivery time depends on USPS and is typically about seven days.

Before you begin

• You must have an active PostalAgent account.
• This integration can be completed by owners, admins, and agents in Follow Up Boss.

Connect PostalAgent to Follow Up Boss

1. Sign up for a free PostalAgent account at postalagent.com, or log in if you already have one.

2. In PostalAgent, click Integrations in the left sidebar.

3. Find Follow Up Boss and click Connect.

4. When redirected to Follow Up Boss, click Approve to authorize the connection.

5. After approval, you will be redirected back to PostalAgent and your account will be connected.

Import contacts from Follow Up Boss

1. In PostalAgent, go to Integrations, then select Follow Up Boss.
2. Click Browse & Import Contacts.

3. Search or filter by name, email, Smart List, tag, or stage.
4. Select the contacts you want to mail.
5. Click Import.

Your selected contacts will be added to a PostalAgent mailing list.

Troubleshooting

You don’t see your contacts after connecting.

• Go to Integrations, then Follow Up Boss, and select Browse & Import Contacts.
• Contacts do not sync automatically. You must search for and import them manually.

A contact is missing their address.

• PostalAgent requires a mailing address to send postcards.
• If a contact does not have an address in Follow Up Boss, they will not be available for import.
• Add the mailing address in Follow Up Boss, then try importing again.

You want to disconnect the integration.

• In PostalAgent, go to Integrations, then Follow Up Boss, and click Disconnect.
• You can also revoke access in Follow Up Boss under Settings, then Integrations.

No. Any Follow Up Boss user can connect their own account using OAuth authorization.

Do contacts sync automatically?
