Real-Time Touring (RTT) connections route buyers who are ready to tour a property directly to agents in Follow Up Boss (FUB), allowing for immediate scheduling of showings. The process is powered by ShowingTime, which automates and simplifies the scheduling and management of appointments for real estate professionals. Follow the guide below to enable your settings and gain insight into the RTT connection processes in FUB.
1. Enable Settings
Zillow Two Way Integration
To have access to RTT connections in FUB, the Team Lead needs to complete the Zillow Two Way Integration.
Link Zillow Agent Profile to FUB
Each agent must Link their Zillow Profile to Follow Up Boss within their FUB account.
Enable Zillow Lead Alerts
Turn on Zillow Lead Alerts on the Follow Up Boss iPhone and Android app. With Zillow Lead Alerts enabled, you will receive time-sensitive notifications for iOS and alarms/reminders and bypass DND for Android.
RTT connection notifications are sent from FUB via push notifications and SMS.

2. Lead requests a tour
The lead requests to tour a home on Zillow, selects a day, and up to 3 times that work for them to meet. They complete the tour request by filling out their information. Tour requested.
3. Agent is notified of RTT Connection
The agent receives the RTT Connection notification from FUB via
- Push Notifications
- SMS Notifications
4. Agent confirms their availability to claim the lead
- 2 minutes to acknowledge the connection request
- 5 minutes to accept and book the tour
- Confirm by selecting the date and time for the tour
- Decline option

The agent can view
- Tour details
- If the lead is pre-qualified with ZHL
- Timeline to buy
- Message from buyer
The agent can take action
- Text or call the lead with their FUB number
- View the lead profile
Additional Property Information
To view additional property information before confirming the tour, click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of the property card. From here, you can copy the MLS ID, link to the property, listing address, or view on a map.
