Zillow Flex team reporting can be viewed within FUB, providing real-time, actionable insights on team and agent performance. This report helps streamline performance management and accessibility.
⚠️ Important: Admin Roles gain full Zillow Reporting access, and Team Lead Roles gain team Zillow Reporting access (with the Zillow Two Way Integration completed).
Requirements
To have access to Zillow Flex Reporting in FUB, your FUB account must have an active Zillow Two Way Integration.
Navigating to Zillow Reporting
Go to Reporting > Zillow Reporting
Reading the Report
The Zillow Reporting on FUB organizes information into 5 tabs: Performance, Team Details, Funnel, Agent, and Detailed Reports.
Performance
This tab provides an overview of your Flex Performance metrics as well as other insights related to Zillow Home Loans and your buyer and seller connections.
There is a section to see your team’s performance for Buyer Connections conversion, Zillow Home Loans Pre-Approved Target, and, if applicable to your team, Seller Connections Conversion. And the bottom section displays your Operational Health Metrics.
Team Details
On this tab, you can see your month-over-month attainment to team-level performance goals and other metrics.
You can start by selecting which metric category you’d like to see from the drop-down menu on the left: Buyer Connections, Zillow Home Loans, and, if applicable, Seller Connections. You can also select the time period you want to review under “Date”.
Funnel
On this tab, you can see connection delivery by month and your team’s conversion down funnel.
In the bottom section, you can see specific funnel steps to see your team’s performance over time for those metrics.
You can also filter this view by metric category, the period, or narrow in on an agent or a group of agents you want to see.
Agent
The Agent Report focuses on one agent, which allows you to focus on coaching opportunities for that specific agent and gives a detailed breakdown of the agent's Flex performance and how they compare to other agents.
Here you will have the normal category filters: Buyer Connections, Zillow Home Loans, and, if applicable, Seller Connections. And, in addition, you will also be able to select a “Summary” view.
Filters: Agent, Time frame (LM, L3M, L6M, L12M), LOB
Metrics: Full Flex, Seller, and ZHL Funnel
Detail Reports
On this tab, you can see specific detail views by various metric categories, including transaction details, connection allocation, transactions for review, and other details.
