Linking your Zillow Premier Agent profile to Follow Up Boss (FUB) ensures your tools work better together—keeping lead assignments accurate and preparing your account for the next wave of powerful Zillow + FUB integrations.

 

Why should I link my Zillow Profile?

Linking your profile creates a verified connection between your Zillow identity and your Follow Up Boss account. This small step sets you up for:

  • Accurate Lead Assignment: Your leads are matched to the right agent—no delays, no confusion.
  • A Seamless Setup: Enter your Zillow credentials once, and you're done.
  • Future-Ready Features: Get immediate access to newly released tools.

 

How to link your Zillow Profile 

Note: The Link Zillow Profile option will not appear on the My Setting page until the Team Lead completes the Zillow Two-Way Integration. Additionally, one Zillow Profile can be linked to each FUB user account.

1. Go to your Initials/Image in the upper right-hand corner > My Settings

2. Scroll down to Zillow > Link Zillow Profile

Note: Use your Zillow Premier Agent login email. This may be different than your FUB login email. 

3. Sign In to your Zillow account 

4. When your Zillow account has been successfully linked, you will see the Zillow account linked! Notification at the top of the page. Additionally, your Zillow Profile will appear within the Zillow section.

 

FAQs 

Who needs to connect their Zillow Profile?
Agents who are on a Zillow team are recommended to link their Zillow Profile for optimal integration performance and access to new tools and improved Zillow integrations. 
As a team lead, do I need to do anything?

No action is needed if you’ve already enabled the Zillow Two-Way Integration. Your Zillow agents will receive the notification automatically or they can link their Zillow agent account on their My Settings page within Follow Up Boss.

Can I disconnect my Zillow profile?
Yes, you can disconnect your Zillow profile by going to your Intitials/Image in the upper right-hand corner > My Settings > Zillow > Disconnect your Zillow Profile. However, lead assignment in FUB may not be precise and you won't have access to new Zillow-powered tools and improved Zillow integrations.
How can I check if my agents have linked their profiles?
Team Leads can view their team’s Zillow Connection Status by going to Admin > Integrations > Zillow Premier Agent > Connections. 
I am an agent who has already completed the Zillow Two Way Integration, do I need to link my Zillow profile?
Since you have already enabled the Zillow Two-Way Integration with your credentials, your Zillow profile is already linked to FUB. You do not need to manually link your Zillow Profile.
