Personalize email and text communication using Custom Merge Fields.
Setup
Custom Merge Fields are based on the Custom Fields created by your team account owner.
These fields affect the entire account. If there's a field you think would be useful for your team, reach out to your account owner to get it added!
Using Custom Merge Fields
This customized information can be added to any email or text template using the dropdown at the top-right of the composer.
The fields will automatically populate with the contact's information upon send. If the custom field is blank in their profile, no data will appear.
User Merge Fields
Custom merge fields are about your leads and clients. But what if you need to customize your email templates based on the assigned agent or lender such as that agent's personal website, Calendly link, Zillow Reviews link, YouTube video?
In addition to standard merge fields like "Agent name" you can use the "Agent merge field" or "Lender merge field" (%agent_merge_field_1% and %lender_merge_field_1%). This "User Merge Field" can be edited by agents and lenders on their My Settings screen or by admin from the Team page.
